Eligibility. The <\/span>Know Now Challenge<\/b> is open to all natural persons who are legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Void outside the USA, in Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, and other United States territories and possessions. The contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sponsorship. The Know Now Challenge sponsor is My Density Matters, located at 23450 W. Newhaven Dr Hawthorn Woods, IL 60047. My Density Matters and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, assigns, agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders, and employees, and any entity involved in the development, production, implementation, administration, judging or fulfillment of the Know Now Challenge, including without limitation, the immediate family members of such individuals, are not eligible to participate. My Density Matters will conduct the Know Now Challenge substantially as described in these Official Rules.<\/span><\/p>\n

Entry Period. The Know Now Challenge begins on 2\/1\/2025 at 12:01 AM CST and ends on 3\/9\/2025 at 11:59 PM CST<\/span><\/p>\n

How to Enter. During the entry period visit mydensitymatters.org, or text KnowNow to 211-411 to access our Check Your Chart program through the Genus platform. You will be asked to provide basic contact information, including your name, email address, and knowledge of breast density. (NOTE: You must complete all required fields of the entry form with information that is valid to be eligible.) You understand you are providing My Density Matters your information and no other parties. All entries become the property of My Density Matters.<\/span><\/p>\n

Limitations on Entries. LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER PERSON PER EMAIL ADDRESS. No third party entry or entry through any sweepstakes service is permitted. Any person who attempts or otherwise encourages the entry of multiple or false contact information under multiple identities or uses any device or artifice to enter or encourage multiple or false entries, as determined by My Density Matters, will be disqualified. Use of robotic entry devices is strictly prohibited.<\/span><\/p>\n

Grand Prize. $100.00 Visa \/ Mastercard gift card<\/span><\/p>\n

Drawing. Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries collected during the Entry Period taking place 2\/1\/2025 at 12:01 AM CST and ending on 3\/9\/2025 at 11:59 PM CST<\/span><\/p>\n

The drawing will be conducted by My Density Matters, whose decisions and interpretations on all matters relating to the contest and these Official Rules are final and binding in all respects. My Density Matters reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or winner and may refuse to award a prize to a person who is not eligible or has violated a rule, gained unfair advantage in the contest or obtained winner status using fraudulent means. If there is a dispute about the identity of an entrant, a prize will be awarded to the natural person to whom the email address is assigned by the internet service provider responsible for the domain associated with the submitted email address. If the winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with the contest rules, the winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be awarded the prize in a separate random drawing. Winner will be notified by email. Inability of My Density Matters to contact the winner by email within seventy two (72) hours after selection, may result in disqualification of the winner and an alternate winner may be selected in a random drawing at My Density Matters discretion. Prize will be sent to the winner by U.S. mail within fourteen (14) days after the winner has been notified and accepted the prize.
